Benjamin Mayer, 37 is currently the President of AquaMed Technologies. Prior to that, he was President of Practice One, a healthcare technology company.  Mr. Mayer has been a managing member and principal to various consulting firms. Over the last 15 years, he has successfully advised both public and private companies as well as being an early stage investor.  Mr. Mayer has raised capital in excess of $300 million for early stage and emerging growth companies. Mr. Mayer is a member of the board of directors for various private and public companies and charities, including the school his children attend.

Matthew has acquired, over the past 23 years, a broad business background across a range of industries. Mr. Harriton participated in multiple transactions that included hospitality, health care, basic manufacturing, and professional sports, assisting clients in structuring and raising capital. He has served as an officer and director of multiple public companies and has experience with respect to SEC compliance, FDA compliance, intellectual property rights, and operations and administration of operating entities.

Steven C. Berger, 49, is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Harborview Advisors LLC, a New York-based investment firm focused on providing capital to small emerging growth companies.   Mr. Berger was the Chief Financial Officer of Global/CHC Worldwide LLC, a chemical coatings company as well as  President of Morgan Harris & Co. where he was involved in equity trading.  Mr. Berger was the treasurer, controller and chief compliance officer with LaBranche & Co., the parent corporation of LaBranche & Co. LLC, one of the oldest and largest specialists in equity securities listed on the New York Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange.  Mr. Berger currently serves as a Director for Goldbard Capital Corporation, a publicly traded Capital Pool Company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.  Mr. Berger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Boston University.

Greg Robb 53, Vice President of operations, is responsible for daily operations of the manufacturing facility, customer interface for special needs projects and product design.  Greg has been employed by Aquamed for over 10 years and was instrumental in managing the design and construction of the new facility. He was the primary contact between the company, its contractors and code officials. He has also ensured the facility was registered with the FDA as a medical device manufacturer. Prior to that, Greg has 7 years experience at an electron beam processing company, where he served as project manager, facility engineer and was part of the operating team.

Scott Krupa, 50, is currently our Quality Assurance Manager. For over 12 years, Scott has been a QA and QC Supervising Manager handling a variety of consumer products, including those regulated by the Food and Drug Administration.  He has extensive experience in ISO and cGMP compliance, as well as Validation Master Planning.  Scott’s educational background includes the study of Chemical Principals and Microbiology, and he is trained in OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens and Hazard Communication.  Scott is a member of The American Society of Quality (ASQ) and The American Association of Tissue Banks as a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist.

Richard has been a principal of Harborview Advisors since its inception. Mr. Rosenblum has been an active and productive force in the small and mid cap markets for over 16 years, advising, strategizing and raising over $500 million for both private and public companies during that time span. He previously was a Managing Director of Investment Banking for vFinance, Inc., a middle market investment banking and brokerage organization.

David Stefansky has been a principal of Harborview Advisors, LLC since 2004, the investment manager for Harborview Master Fund, L.P. and Harborview Value Master Fund, L.P. Harborview Master Fund, L.P. and Harborview Value Master Fund, L.P. are two investment funds focused primarily on investing in emerging growth public companies and private companies seeking to go public. Mr. Stefansky has taken an active role in structuring investments for each of Harborview Master Fund, L.P. and Harborview Value Master Fund, L.P. and regularly works with portfolio companies to help them grow and create shareholder value. Prior to forming Harborview Advisors, LLC, Mr. Stefansky held senior positions at several middle market investment banks in New York, where he raised more than $250 million for emerging growth companies.

Joseph Sierchio practiced corporate and securities law in New York City, representing and offering counsel to domestic and foreign corporations, investors, entrepreneurs, and public and private companies in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Australia, and Hong Kong since 1975. Mr. Sierchio is admitted in all New York state courts and federal courts in the Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of the State of New York as well as the federal Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Sierchio is also a member of Sierchio & Company, LLP, counsel to the Company.
