Conductive Adhesives using Hydrogel

AquaMed produces conductive adhesives using hydrogel. These gels may be made on a mesh scrim and are well suited for TENS, EEG, and EMG applications, where non-agressive skin adhesion with good conductivity is required.


We provide our conductive adhesives in gel form and can manufacture in roll stock, or as pre-cut sheets or patches


Conductive Adhesives are manufactured using electrolytes (salts), which can be adjusted to provide the level of conductivity requested.


The patches are adhesive to skin, without irritating or bonding with the skin. They can overlap intact skin and ordinarily will not harm it. Because the gel is over 99% water, the conductive adhesives gels are well tolerated by patients and are comfortable.
